Hi, my name is Celise Saxton and I have been doing massage for 6 years now. I went to Myotherapy School of Massage, in Salt Lake City, where I gained a great love for massage. I truly believe that the body can heal itself if given the proper tools. I believe massage is one of those tools. Massage helps our bodies run more efficiently by helping relax tired, sore muscles so that we can be pain free and get us back to doing what we love to do. My technique is very therapeutic. I incorporate Swedish, lymph drainage, and even some energy work to help you get back to doing what you love to do.
Kellie has more than a decade of experience in massage. She formerly worked for the Fit Stop Physical Therapy. She moved into the spa industry but her true love of massage is in the therapeutic realm. She willing continues her training to benefit her clients well being. Brittney has been a massage therapist since 2008, she specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, cranial sacral and reflexology. She also enjoys hot stone massage, foot treatments and scrubs, Along with being a licensed massage therapist she as her associates in health and fitness and her NASM personal training certificate, giving her a well-rounded view on health and healing for the human body.
Hi my name is Roxy and I’ve been a massage therapist for 5 years. I started out in chiropractor’s offices, where I found I did the most learning through experience. Since then, I have worked my way into the luxury spa world as well as taking my work internationally to ski resorts working again on the more medical side of massage with physical therapists. Being an athlete and spending A LOT of time in physical therapy myself, I believe I have a keen sense for how to help athletic individuals with maintaining their bodies as well as recuperating from an active lifestyle. I enjoy working with active people and problem solving by learning new ways to aid their road to success. I like to incorporate stretching, deep tissue, in addition to relaxation techniques into each of my customized massages. I look forward to working with you!

Swedish massage is now known as "traditional" massage. Swedish massage includes long flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and friction. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, and promotes health and wellbeing.
The main purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. Sports massage incorporates unique stretching and pressure. Where minor injuries occur due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. The massage will help prepare the athlete for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and prevent injuries. Sports massage can help prevent those nagging injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether a person is an athlete or a once a week jogger.
Deep Tissue Massage is designed to reach the deep portions of thick muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers. Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, its purpose is to un-stick the fibers of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held patterns of tension. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
