Skyler has a B.S. in Exercise Science. He's been involved in the gym industry for 8 years. He participated in many high school sports and currently helps coach the rugby team at Wasatch High. Skyler also played rugby for Utah State for four years. He has experience working with many different athletes of different sports and has been involved with multiple speed and agility programs. He also has experience training people at different fitness levels and all age groups. Skyler can you help you push your work outs to the next level and help you attain your fitness goals.

I have a varied clientele ranging from 30 something moms who want to lose weight and improve athletic performance to 86 year old great grandmothers who want to keep active and improve functional ability. Helping people feel and move better is my goal and I have a program for everyone that is safe and effective.

I love to work with people that struggle with weight loss, poor self-image and commitment to making changes within themselves. My aim is to educate them and to show them a new way of living. This will then enable them to enjoy life as it was meant to be lived.
have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and hold certifications as a personal trainer, spin instructor, TRX instructor, and USA Triathlon coach. I have experience working with a wide variety of clients; from teenage kids to 90 year olds, high school and collegiate athletes, average adults striving to be healthy and strong, and also with the aging population who want to avoid falls and injury. I began my love of health and fitness as a physical therapist aid which now provides me valuable insight when training for injury rehab and prevention, guiding my clients through safe and effective strength training.
As a triathlon coach, I embrace cutting edge training principles in swim, bike, and run, and stress the importance of strength work specific to those three sports. I also conduct group training camps, and provide private coaching for triathletes of all ages.
I strongly affirm that, whatever our goals and fitness pursuits, health and strength must be a “WAY OF LIFE”, and not a temporary fad.
I am passionate about helping people incorporate fitness into their lives, and strive to do so in a way that works for them and makes them happy.

Our family moved to Heber, UT in August 2016 from Lexington, Kentucky where we lived for 15years. I worked at the YMCA in KY for 3 years as a Personal Trainer and Certified Fitness Coach for the LIVESTRONG program (cancer recovery group exercise).I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I am currently working to complete my AFAA Certification as well.Having a goal and a friend, to me, is key to personal wellness and fitness. You will have more success if you love what you are doing, and who you are doing it with! For example, 10 years ago and 40 pounds heavier, I was nowhere near “Fit”. But with hard work and motivation, and a friend who encouraged me to run with her, I began to love running. I have completed 5 marathons and 20 half marathons, and a few relays and Triathlons. I’m living proof that anything is possible!I like to start with what you are good at and build upon that, while introducing new and exciting always to push yourself to beyond what you believed you could do. Making time for yourself will be a benefit to you and those around you as you gain confidence and reach your hard-earned goals.
Summer Milkovich is a personal trainer and nutrition coach at The Fit Stop in Heber. As a 3x fitness competitor (both NPC and NGA bikini division), Summer knows firsthand the importance of proper training, strategic nutrition and mental fortitude. Summer's clients benefit from these lessons and get her three-prong approach to their fitness regimen; Exercise, Nutrition, and overcoming mental barriers.
Summer received her formal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), where she holds both her Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialization (FNS). Summer offers one-on-one personal training, couples training, and is the creator of "Bikini Body by Summer", a result based 90-Day small group personal training program that incorporates meal plans, accountability coaching and strength training.
Outside of personal training, Summer also does Motivational Speaking and educates on Nutrition. She enjoys gardening, creating new recipes and is an avid hiker, but her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family and one-year old girl.
